Support & Portal: Introduction
Beyond the product itself, WebStream provides two customer-facing services: a Support Board for questions and announcements, and a Customer Portal where registered licence holders manage their licences online. This section walks through both, end to end.
Two services, one account
- Support Board — a public discussion forum and private ticketing system at /support/. Read announcements without signing in; post to the community or open a private ticket once you have a portal account.
- Customer Portal — the self-service licence console at /portal/. Sign in with your AWS Account ID to view entitlements, request or change licences, download installers, and review your account activity.
Both services share the same sign-in, so a single portal account gives you the forum and the licence console together.
This section is aimed at the person who owns the WebStream relationship for an organisation — usually the administrator or billing contact who requested the licence. End users who simply run streamed applications should read the End User Guide instead.
