Account, Settings & Audit
The remaining portal pages hold your profile and account hygiene: billing and contact details, sign-in security, and a full trail of what has happened on your account.
Account
The Account page holds your billing and contact profile. Your AWS Account ID is shown but locked — it is your login key and cannot be changed. Everything else is editable:
- Display name and bio — shown on your Support Board posts. Use a display name rather than your AWS Account ID, which is never shown publicly.
- Company name and accounts email — the address for billing and account correspondence.
- Billing address, tax number, and phone — used on billing records.
Settings
The Settings page covers sign-in security:
- Multi-factor authentication — set up an authenticator app (TOTP) or email verification code, and disable it later with a current code. See Portal Sign-In & Security for the full walkthrough.
- Change password — enter your current password and a new one. New passwords need at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a digit, and a special character.
Audit Log
The Audit Log is a paginated record of activity on your account. Each entry shows the timestamp, action, detail, tenant, and source IP address — covering sign-ins, licence changes, installer downloads, and profile edits.
- Use Load More to page back through older activity.
- Use Download CSV to export the log for your own records or compliance review.
Scanning the audit log is a quick way to confirm that only expected people and actions have touched your account, especially after adding team members or changing licences.
