My Entitlements
My Entitlements is the portal home page. It lists every licence tied to your AWS account as a card, with its edition, status, and the actions available to it. This page explains how to read the dashboard; managing licences is covered in License Lifecycle.
Filtering the list
The filter at the top of the dashboard narrows which licences you see:
| Filter | Shows |
|---|---|
| Active Licenses | Currently active licences (the default view). |
| Commercial Licenses | Paid editions: Standard, Professional, Enterprise. |
| Core Licenses | Free Core editions. |
| All Licenses | Everything, regardless of status. |
| Cancelled Licenses | Licences that have been cancelled. |
Cancelled and other terminal licences appear collapsed; expand a card to see its details.
Reading a licence card
Each card represents one licence, identified by its Tenant ID. A copy button next to the ID puts it on your clipboard. The card also shows:
- Edition and status badges (for example, Standard / active).
- Entitlement limits — hosts, users, and other caps for the edition.
- Dates — issued, expiry, and, where relevant, when the licence was requested or last updated.
- Contact email for the licence, which you can edit inline.
- Downloads — for active paid editions, a Show Available Downloads button (see Installers & Release Notes).
- Actions — upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or renew, depending on the edition and status.
Updating the contact email
- On the licence card, edit the Contact email field.
- Confirm the change. This is the address used for correspondence about that specific licence, separate from your account-level contact email.
Provisioning an additional tenant
AWS Marketplace customers see a Provision additional tenant button. Marketplace subscriptions are entitled by contract, so they are not held to the self-service single-paid-licence limit and can provision further tenants directly. The provisioning wizard is described in License Lifecycle.
The Tenant ID is the licensee recorded in the issued licence key, formed as Company.Branch.Department. Keep it handy — it identifies the licence in support threads and in the admin panel.
