Installers & Release Notes
Registered customers download the WebStream installer and read release notes directly from their entitlement, so the build always matches an active licence. This page explains where downloads appear and how they are organised.
Who can download
Downloads are available to accounts with an active paid licence — Standard, Professional, or Enterprise. Core-only accounts do not see the download area. On a qualifying licence card in My Entitlements, choose Show Available Downloads.
Choosing your build
Installers are grouped by the infrastructure they target, so you download the build that matches where WebStream runs:
- AWS
- Any Infrastructure
- On-Premises
- Google Cloud
- Azure
Within each target, the latest version is shown first. Older versions are tucked behind an expander so you can still reach a previous build if you need it.
Downloads and release notes
Each version lists its files, and the button label tells you what the file is:

Release notes (.md, .txt) | View — opens the notes in a new browser tab. |
Read the release notes for a version before upgrading so you know what has changed and whether any steps are required.
Download and view links are generated on demand and expire after a few minutes. If a link stops working, click the button again to mint a fresh one. Every download is recorded in your audit log.
