Users
A user is an account that authenticates and runs streaming sessions. Users gain access to workspaces and applications through the groups they belong to, not by direct assignment.
User attributes
- Username, display name, and email.
- Enabled / disabled state, which controls whether the account can sign in.
- Per-user recording overrides, for cases where one account must be recorded differently from its group default.
How access works
Add users to groups, then assign workspaces, applications, and policies to those groups. To see a user's effective access, use the Entitlements viewer.
