Phase 1 — Quick Validation

Get streaming in minutes using the pre-configured defaults. This phase proves the entire stack works before you change anything.

Launch the pre-built desktop

A default Desktop(Admin) workspace is already configured with full-trust access and assigned to the built-in everyone group.

Confirm your licence is valid. See Licence Activation if the status is not Valid.
Open a browser on any device and navigate to https://<your-server-address>/.
Sign in with your administrator credentials.
Launch the pre-built remote desktop from the workspace.

A streamed desktop session rendered inside the browser.

What this validates

Launching the pre-built desktop exercises every part of the platform end to end:

Authentication — your sign-in is accepted.
Licence — the streamer is permitted to start.
Session allocation — a session is created and assigned to a host.
Streaming and display — the desktop renders interactively in your browser.

Tip

If the desktop launches and is responsive, your deployment is healthy. Any issue you hit later in Phase 2 is almost certainly in your own configuration rather than the platform.
