Recordings
The Recordings section lists recorded sessions and lets you play them back, download them, and manage them. It is only relevant when recording is enabled in policy or system settings.
Working with recordings
- Play back a session to review what a user did.
- Download a recording for evidence or training.
- Manage stored recordings in line with your retention policy.
Enabling recording
Recordings only appear here once recording is turned on. Drive it from a policy set (Recording Policy), an organization override, a per-user override, or global Settings.
Warning
Recordings can contain sensitive information shown on screen. Restrict who can play back and download them, and apply a retention period that matches your compliance obligations.
