Licence
The Licence section manages your licence and shows the entitlements it grants. A valid licence is required for streamers to start and sessions to launch.
What you can see and do
- Status: Valid, Grace, Expired, or None.
- Entitlement limits: users, applications, workspaces, hosts, and gateways.
- Edition selector: Core, Standard, Professional, or Enterprise.
- Licence request form and a cloud licence check.

Keeping the licence healthy
Watch the dashboard for licence warnings — expired, grace period, clock tamper, or cloud suspended — and resolve them before they interrupt sessions. To request or apply a licence, see Licence Activation.
Warning
Entitlement limits are enforced. If you approach the user, host, or gateway limit for your edition, plan an upgrade before onboarding more users to avoid blocked sessions.
