Signing In
You reach your applications through a web address provided by your organisation. Sign in once and your workspace appears.
Steps
- Open the web address your administrator gave you (it starts with
https://). - Sign in. Depending on your organisation, you either enter a username and password, or you are redirected to your company sign-in (single sign-on).
- Your workspace opens, showing the applications or desktop you have access to.
If you cannot sign in
- Check the web address is exactly as provided, including
https://. - If you use single sign-on, make sure you are signed in to your company account.
- If you see no applications after signing in, your access may not be set up yet — contact your administrator.

Use a current version of a mainstream browser for the best experience. No plug-in or extension is required.
