Signing In

You reach your applications through a web address provided by your organisation. Sign in once and your workspace appears.

Steps

1. Open the web address your administrator gave you (it starts with https://).
2. Sign in. Depending on your organisation, you either enter a username and password, or you are redirected to your company sign-in (single sign-on).
3. Your workspace opens, showing the applications or desktop you have access to.

If you cannot sign in

• Check the web address is exactly as provided, including https://.
• If you use single sign-on, make sure you are signed in to your company account.
• If you see no applications after signing in, your access may not be set up yet — contact your administrator.
