Using the Clipboard

You can copy and paste between the application and your browser using the usual shortcuts, within the limits your organisation has set.

Copy and paste

Copy in the application (for example, Ctrl C) and paste elsewhere as normal.
Transfers may be allowed in one direction, both, or neither, depending on policy.

If copy or paste does not work

If a copy or paste is blocked, your organisation has restricted clipboard use for that application — often to protect sensitive data. This is expected; contact your administrator if a clipboard transfer is essential to your work.

Note

Clipboard activity may be recorded for security and compliance. Avoid copying sensitive information unless your task requires it.
